I guide health and life sciences companies through the intricacies of legislative, regulatory, reimbursement and policy matters.
Alexander Somodevilla provides regulatory, coverage and reimbursement, and compliance strategies advice to a broad range of healthcare providers, life sciences companies, medical device manufacturers and payers. He also helps healthcare companies navigate state and federal healthcare legislative and regulatory issues, and make sense of the regulations that impact their business.
Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Alexander served as a Senior Research Associate at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health where he focused on healthcare legal and policy issues involving Medicaid, Medicare and the Affordable Care Act. He also worked at a boutique law firm specializing in provider reimbursement issues.
